Yes. Business accounts can use agreed rates, which suits restaurants, letting agents and managing agents who book call-outs regularly.
Yes. As a 24/7 service, we can arrange visits early, late or overnight so repairs don't interrupt trading.
Yes. Grease traps and blocked kitchen wastes are drainage work, so they're charged at Rate B. Keeping fats and oils out of the sinks helps reduce blockages between visits.
No. An emergency costs the same as any other call-out in the same time band. You pay for the time of day, not the word "emergency".
Travel within the area we cover, attendance, diagnosis and the first 60 minutes of work. After the first hour, time is charged in 30-minute blocks at the extra-time rate for the same band.
