Often, if it's still in the pan or the trap. Sometimes the toilet has to be lifted off its connector to reach it, and the engineer will explain this before doing so.
Repeat blockages can come from wipes, a cistern that doesn't flush with enough water, or a problem in the pipe or drain beyond the toilet. The engineer looks for the underlying cause rather than just clearing it each time.
It's best not to. Many wipes sold as flushable don't break down the way toilet paper does, and they are one of the most common causes of toilet and drain blockages.

No. An emergency costs the same as any other call-out in the same time band. You pay for the time of day, not the word "emergency".
Travel within the area we cover, attendance, diagnosis and the first 60 minutes of work. After the first hour, time is charged in 30-minute blocks at the extra-time rate for the same band.
